Our monthly pricing is based on the number of supported workstations and servers. This includes regularly scheduled, on-site and as-needed support for your business. We are not a remote-monitoring service provider, though we do remotely monitor your services to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. We also offer tech support at an hourly rate. This might be preferred if you have existing in-house support, or if you’re a sole practitioner that only needs occasional support.
