At this User Group, held online, AOME Architects will review the RNR residence which will include the following presenters:

RNR Project Review: Mark and Rebecca will review the remodel of a circa 1942 rambler situated on a deep waterfront lot in Windermere. It quickly became apparent that the client’s program required demolition and a new house of 16,000 square feet with a $21M construction budget (including interiors and landscape). It features commanding views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier from its perch above a steep bluff with both stair and tram access to the waterfront low bank area that will include a beach cabana and a redeveloped waterfront.
RNR Estimating & Material Takeoff: John will demonstrate how his ContraBIM system can be used to create estimates and material takeoffs for residential construction which was recently used as an example with local Seattle builders.
